Nothing beats the taste of pasta fatta in casa (home made pasta)

Together we will learn to make two fresh pastas such as tagliatelle or pappardelle as well as a filled pasta such as ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach with truffle oil. We’ll also create a  pasta sauce to match the pasta which is a very important aspect of Italian cooking.

Finally we’ll create a delicious Italian dessert together such as Tiramisu or panna cotta before sitting together, around the Italba table to enjoy your creations, with a generous glass of vino.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• A 4-hour workshop in Italba kitchen including a 2 course lunch. Maximum 8 people in the class. 
• All ingredients plus wine to match the food
• An Italba pasta making guide including the step by step process and list of ingredients required.
