Spend the morning learning how to make fresh Pasta dishes with Nelson. The The day will will finish with a three course lunch around the Italba table.
The morning is relaxed, hands-on, and informal, with numbers kept small (a maximum of 6–7 guests) so everyone can really get involved. You’ll leave not only having cooked beautiful food, but with the confidence and understanding to recreate these dishes at home.
Authentic Italian cooking is all about simplicity, quality, and connection. We use fresh, high-quality ingredients — from ripe tomatoes (grown locally in Comrie when in season) to fragrant herbs and fine extra-virgin olive oil — allowing each dish to shine with natural flavour. Italian food is meant to be shared, and the experience of cooking and eating together creates a sense of warmth, conviviality, and joy.
This workshop is more than a class — it’s a slow and delicious Italian food experience.
