5 star chef. Nelson catered our wedding, food was of the highest importance to us and I wanted our guests to walk away thinking the meal was amazing and Italba did not disappoint. Nelson and his team were absolutely perfect on our wedding day. Claudio came to help us set up the day before and was very professional. Both Nelson and Claudio checked in with us multiple times throughout the wedding itself. We felt wonderfully looked after. The food itself was showered with praise by our guests, and Nelson was completely unperturbed by the number of dietary requirements!

We hired Nelson to cater our small wedding in Aberfeldy. He was great to work with deciding upon the menu together beforehand. The food on the day was glorious! Nelson and his staff were both lovely. Couldn't have had a better experience. Don't hesitate to book!

Nelson was catering at our small wedding venue at Taymouth Marina, Portbane cottage and I can't thank him enough for all the delicious food he provided and all the service. Very highly recommend his service and food! We had the best time and loved all the food.

Nelson’s food is really delicious and all our wedding guests loved it and praised us for our choice of caterer (including a guest who is a professional chef). Nelson helped us to create the menu for our wedding and invited us to his kitchen to taste it in advance. He was helpful throughout the process and pulled it off with aplomb on the day. He also helped us source other food we needed over the wedding weekend, as well as brilliant serving staff, which was a huge additional help. Would highly recommend.
